PT Golden Energy Mines Limited (GEMS), is a subsidiary of PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Limited (DSSA), has conducted an Initial Public Offering of 882,353,000 shares at issue price of Rp.2.500 per share and on this day, 17 November 2011, listed all of its shares as much as 5,882,353,000 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange main board.
GEMS market capitalization reached Rp.14.705.882.500.000. And PT Sinarmas Securities as Managing Underwriter in the Initial Public Offering GEMS.
