Every February 14th is celebrated as Valentine's Day, also known as the Day of Love.

Steve Jobs once said, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do."

Loving your job can begin with something as simple as appreciating what you do. According to some sources, doing work you love energizes and creates positive feedback that increases productivity.

On this Valentine’s Day, we will share some tips on how to fall in love again with a job that you initially loved but turned into something different than you expected.

1. To refresh our minds, the reason for getting the job

Think back to why you are in this job. How did you struggle to get to this point and whether that reason doesn't make you regret it or not.

2. Make achievement a motivation

You should make your current achievements while working as motivation for the future. Not without reason, because with motivation you will be excited to go through the routine.

3. Challenge yourself with the target

Make a list of the goals you want to achieve with this job. With a target, you will know how the quality and quantity of your achievements so far.

4. Let yourself grow

Continue to allow yourself to grow better. Hone the skills you have and learn new things you didn't know. Prioritize to develop things related to your current job.

5. Keep your life balance

Life balance is also important to achieve happiness at a career level. Do things you enjoy outside of work, so you feel like life isn't all about work. By prioritizing this, you can also avoid burnout.
